What we provide

CopyDesign.ai turns a URL, screenshot, or video into a structured AI prompt (the "spec"). The spec is delivered as plain text. We do not guarantee pixel-perfect reproduction from any AI code tool — the advertised ceiling is "90% there on the first try."

Acceptable use

You may not use CopyDesign.ai to create deceptive clones of trademarks or brands you do not own, phishing pages, or content that infringes copyright. We cooperate with legitimate takedown requests. Use the tool for inspiration, learning, and prototyping your own original work — not infringement.

Plans & credits

We offer the following plans: Free (1 clone, one per person forever), One-shot ($1.99, never expires), Starter ($9.99/mo), Pro ($19.99/mo), and Scale ($49/mo). Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. One-shot credits never expire. Every submission uses one credit regardless of output quality.

Billing & cancellation

All sales are final. No refunds, no trials. You can cancel a subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.

Account rules

One free account per person, identified by email and IP address. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free tier forfeits those accounts and any associated credits.

Ownership of output

The specs you generate are yours. We do not claim ownership of any output produced by the service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated specs complies with applicable law and the acceptable use rules above.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription time on a pro-rated basis.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided as-is. We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
